I think people forget that Mika calls Yuu out on his bullshit more than anyone and always tries to take him out of stupid ideas.

Mika totally supports Yuu but he’s not blind to his faults. If anything, he’s the one who accepts Yuu’s mistakes more than anything and is there to tell him to stop.

He’s not a blind, say, stan of his.

He even called him a bad person for wanting to turn Mika into a vampire for himself.

OKAY so I saw this a few days ago and was like “whatever” but then I smashed my phone in a car door, had to clean up some dead baby bunnies in my yard, and have just generally NOT had a good week. I’m fucking spooked and I’m reblogging this twice to get the universe to stop.

It’s the exact same thing in high schools. People think it’s cool for a guy to date more than one girl, where as if one girl dates two guys then she’s considered a whore. And that is not fair to anyone.

friendly reminder that it’s ok to dislike a character, but those characters could mean a lot to other people. so always be respectful. and remember that we all have a different taste. there is no best pairing.

Thanks for saying this. None of this hatred is necessary, all of us can get along just fine. We may not always like the same character or pairing, but what we do have in common is our love for the series/fandoms we are in.

Okay but the idea that Guren did more for Yuu than Mika did is ridiculous because:

-Mika was a small orphan child like Yuu who taught him the meaning of family and made him feel needed for the first time in his life despite them living in Sanguinem, surrounded by violence and used as livestock.

-Mika would give up his blood so Yuu could smile. He had nothing to offer Yuu but that. Imagine having absolutely nothing in this world so the only thing you can do is give up on something from your own body to give a person you love a little meal.

-He literally sacrificed his life for Yuu when he was only a little kid.

-Mika kept looking for Yuu for four years, dealing with his abuser and isolating himself, full of self hatred, just so he could tell Yuu that people wanted to use him as an experiment.

Mika wanted nothing more. He just wanted Yuu to be safe, and dedicated his life to tell him about the experiments.

He didn’t want to take Yuu for himself like people seem to believe.

No, he just wanted Yuu to know the truth so he could run away and be safe.

Guren took Yuu in thanks to Ferid’s plan. Yuu was supposed to be experimented on from the beginning, and the situation was a lot easier than the one the Hyakuya orphans went through.

And, technically, they went through that because of Guren as well.

Lmao the only impact Guren had in Yuu’s life was using him as a lab rat for his human experiments. “Guren took him in and raised him” was only because he needed Yuu for the experiments, if it wasn’t for that I doubt he would have cared about raising Yuu at all

Thank you for making this clear. Mika’s done so much for Yuu’s well being and being sure that he is safe from anything that could mean him harm. Where as with Guren, after he “saves” Yuu, he’s done nothing but abuse him, manipulate him and take advantage of Yuu’s trust.

Random conspiracy theory because why not: Yuu's biological mom is a demon and/or a vampire, and that would be why his step-mother called him the devil's spawn even before the creepy experiment people picked him up and turned him into a seraph. ( or at least i think thats what happened, Im still confused about that chapter) Now you might thinking 'but vampires cant get pregnant' and i was thinking that she gave birth kinda similar to how Bella gave birth to Renesmee in twilight, or something..

FYI, I’m on Mika’s side here, he does have every right to hate Guren and want him dead. Guren needs to be out of the picture, he’s caused/done enough damage already. And Yuu needs to be snapped out of Guren’s manipulation and realize that Mika had been right all along about the Seraph of the End experiment and listen to Mika instead of the abusive Guren.
